Our client is looking for a Digital Analyst who geeks out over web analytics and campaign performance analytics. You should not only be passionate about the analytical work, but want to go above and beyond and do whatever it takes to get the job done. Need 3+ years of digital trafficking/raw report pulling and analysis experience.

  • Turn large sums of predominantly numeric data from various sources into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Gather and interpret data from a variety of sources including Media Reporting tools (DART or Doubleclick, etc.), Digital Analytics tools (Omniture/Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Webtrends, Tableau), and Social Listening Platforms (Sysomos or similar)
  • Interpret numeric and behavioral trends and form hypotheses
  • Develop reporting templates and deliver insights and analysis
  • Provide functional support to the Media and Account Management teams for analytics requests
  • 25% of time dedicated to trafficking, 75% of time dedicated to reporting and analysis of
  • those reports
  • Work with clients and internal teams to develop clear business and measurement objective
  • Generate ideas for research programs and recommendations in client assignments and deliverables
  • Work with internal management on all client requests and assists with workflow management
  • Work with internal management to ensure quality and accuracy of deliverables
  • 3+ years in digital media, preferably in analytics
  • Qualitative and quantitative experience; Economics, Marketing, Mathematics, or similar background preferred
  • Understanding of site tagging and tracking methods
  • Able to present to internal teams as well as interact with clients
  • Function as a strong team player and contributor to agency’s success and work independently
  • Outstanding written and oral communications skills
  • Strategic and creative thinker
  • Multi-tasker who can work in fast-paced environment
  • Detail oriented and goal driven
  • Experience in program measurement (online and/or offline), campaign attribution, test design (A/B, Multivariate), data visualization
  • Google Big Query or basic SQL experience
  • Experience with media optimization, media mix modeling, etc. a plus
  • Excel, PowerPoint & preferred knowledge in DART or Atlas systems (tagging and reporting) preferred
  • Strategic-minded individuals who have interest in strategy area of the business a plus
  • Optimizely or Adobe Target experience a plus
  • Python experience a plus
  • ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) experience a plus
