Our client has an immediate opening for a healthcare sales rock star for an Account Executive, Healthcare role in the Palm Beach, FL area. The ideal candidate has proven success in selling to hospital C-suites and physicians. This role is a seller and a manager serving as the ambassador of healthcare for the company. You will stay on top of the latest healthcare trends and be the liaison to corporate on the healthcare industry. You will be selling advertising media… so a killer medical device or medical provider IT sales rep with a background in media sales would be the perfect fit. BUT, if you meet the sales qualifications and just lack the media experience, this is still the job for you! A good salesperson can sell anything, right?
Responsibilities include management of client relationships; therefore, this will require an understanding clients' broader marketing agendas and how patient engagement and social marketing solutions fit within the overall marketing mix. Strategic thinking and planning to support the clients’ businesses is a must. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly comprehend health solutions and proactively craft strategic recommendations.
  • Build and understand campaign strategy to ensure business needs are met and additional opportunities are identified
  • Operate in both a marketing and business strategy capacity to grow and maintain client relationships
  • Primary point of contact and communications with clients
  • Manage long-term strategic goals
  • Interpret marketing results at an in-depth level and communicate findings
  • Create and present campaign reports to clients
  • Work with Client Services, Product Development, Marketing Director and Sales teams to achieve goals
  • Manage and prioritize accounts
  • Present to and coordinate senior-level meetings
  • Travel will be approximately 5%
  • Location is in the corporate office, not working remotely

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of experience in client/account management
  • 2+ years’ experience in digital advertising/marketing, developing strategies that meet client goals preferred
  • Experience in identifying issues and recommending solutions
  • Proficient in creating effective and compelling presentations 
  • Experience presenting to and coordinating senior-level meetings including meeting with hospital C-suite
  • Detail-oriented
  • Outstanding communications skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Proactive problem-solving skills
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills
  • Highly accountable
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and “get the job done” attitude
  • Willing to travel to client locations across the state
  • Familiarity with ad serving and campaign management tools a plus
  • Ability to have some fun too!
